Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, including the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and other overseas U.S. locations, or military addresses such as APO, FPO, and DPO addresses。

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on all eligible orders。

Order Processing

Orders placed before our daily order cutoff time will normally be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.

Daily Order Cutoff: 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday。

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of processing. Standard delivery to most US addresses takes 3–5 business days from the ship date. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take up to 7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Delivery estimates are calculated from the ship date, not the order date。

Tracking information will be provided when available so customers can follow the progress of their shipment。

Shipping Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing an order. If you need to correct an address, please contact us as soon as possible at service@ethancr.com。

Please use only a U.S. local business address. Do not use any Chinese addresses. Provide complete address details including name, street, country, postal code, and email. Keep the content simple and clear。

GMC backend shipping location options only include Germany, France, and the United States. There is no Chinese shipping location option。

Taxes

Applicable sales taxes are automatically calculated during checkout based on the shipping address and applicable state and local tax requirements. Any applicable taxes will be collected as part of the checkout process。

Domestic Fulfillment

Orders covered by this shipping policy are fulfilled for delivery within the United States. Because our stated shipping coverage is limited to eligible U.S. domestic destinations, customers are not responsible for customs clearance or international import processing under this policy。

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, appears to be missing items, or has another delivery-related issue, please contact us at service@ethancr.com with your order number and relevant details. If appropriate, we may request photographs or other information to help us review the issue。

Returns & Exchanges

Return permissions: Enable return permissions for both defective and non-defective items. Enable exchange permissions. There must be no logical contradiction such as accepting returns but rejecting exchanges。

Product status options: Select "New with slight wear and tear" instead of only "New"。

Return responsibility: Change the return responsibility to "Seller pays shipping cost" (included in the package)。Correct the current common error of listing "Customer pays shipping cost"。

Return timeline: Set the return period to 30 days fixed。Refund periods (such as 5 days) must be publicly displayed on the store page。
